1. Introduction and Acceptance

To register and use the o9bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information current.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an o9bet employee where such involvement creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not have had a previous account suspended or permanently closed by o9bet for terms violations.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed upon detection. Any winnings, bonuses, or funds associated with a duplicate account may be forfeited without prior notice.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your username and password. You must:

• Notify o9bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the o9bet Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing or cheating in any game or event.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account or payment method.

The o9bet name, brand mark, and all associated product names, service marks, and trade names are registered or unregistered trademarks of o9bet. Unauthorized use of the o9bet trademark or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o9bet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

• You request voluntary account closure, subject to any outstanding balance or wagering requirement obligations being settled first.
